Most of you are familiar with the Digg-like site Japansoc.com. It collects all the best Japan-related stories from all over the net, and allows users to vote on which ones they like best. If you’re looking for tons of Japan content all in one centralized spot, this is the place.
Now, if you’d like to meet the people who are writing and producing much of that content, then check out Japansoc.org. This is a google group for bloggers in Japan, and there’s a lot of productive and interesting conversation going on over there.
If you are a blogger in Japan, be sure to sign up as a member. You can also check out the 2JPN social networking page for more about Japansoc.org/com and other social sites in Japan.

This is really promising. It’s nice to see that the efforts for increased collaboration are working. (What with the recent big turnout for the Japan Blog Matsuri and all). The more ways to communicate/discuss the better, right?
